I burned the Prosecco Bellini Necklace Candle down to nothing and even cleaned out the extra wax, but there was no jewelry inside. I contacted their customer service by email (only option) on January 8th. I received a response on January 12th requesting a picture of the candle I was claiming had no jewelry inside. I responded that evening with pictures of the empty candle and have yet to get a response. That was a week ago. I expressed my frustrations in that email regarding the fact that I have purchased 8 other candles from Sterling Candle and gave them away as Christmas gifts. The automatic email response states "Thanks for contacting us! Your email is important to us. We respond to all emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends), so please expect to hear from us soon!". I feel after spending $335.79 on candles with this company the customer service would be a bit more on the ball. I've ordered from other companies with the same gimmick, jewelry in the candle, and never had this issue. I don't foresee myself using this company again to order gifts from as this whole experience has been very disappointing.
