Inside each of our Sterling Candles is a hidden surprise jewelry for you to uncover! Once you have found your surprise jewelry, you then use the code that is printed on the jewelry tag to find the appraisal value of your jewelry! Your jewelry could be worth up to $5,000 and at a minimum, is made of sterling silver and AAA-grade CZ stones.
Does Every Candle Come With a Ring?
Every one of our classic Sterling Ring Candles comes with a ring made with sterling silver or higher value precious metals. Our other collections, such as our signature Jewelry Candle Collection, comes with a necklace or bracelet made with sterling silver or higher value precious metals.

Will the Colour of My Surprise Ring Correspond to the Colour of the Scent Label?
Every surprise ring that comes in each of our Sterling Candles come in all different shapes, colours, and sizes that do not necessarily correspond to the colour of the scent label on our candles; the rings come randomized in each candle, similar to a lottery!
Will My Ring Turn My Finger Green?
We guarantee that our rings are made with sterling silver and AAA-grade CZ diamonds at a minimum – which are the same as you would find at your local jeweller. All of our rings have a 925 engraving on the inside of the ring band, so our rings will never turn your fingers green because we do not use costume jewelry or cheap metals in our ring reveals.

What Is the Quality of Our Candles?
Our Sterling Candles are clean burning – they don't contain any harmful chemicals, additives, or paraffin wax. Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax that is good for your health and environmentally friendly. They're designed to be burned indoors and are less likely to cause reactions in scent-sensitive households.

How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us – which contains a tracking link for you to follow your package.
Can I Cancel or Make Any Changes to My Order?
We highly advise that you contact our Customer Support Team at email@example.com as soon as possible in case of changes or cancellations – this is because from the moment that your order is placed, our Fulfillment Team will already begin processing and packing your order for it to be shipped out within the same or following business day.
Our Customer Support Team is only available to respond during business hours, which are Mondays to Fridays from 9:00am – 5:00pm (EST – Eastern Standard Time zone). Therefore, they can only honour your request if your email is received before your order is shipped.
What is the Return Policy?
We offer full refunds on all unused products within 30 days of your order date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may give you specific return instructions as we handle all refunds on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain the original jewelry that came within the candle.
Please note the following regarding our refund policy:
- Requests must be made within 30 days of your order date
- We do not refund the cost of shipping nor do we cover the cost of return shipping
- We do not refund products that have been used or have the jewelry within removed
- We require photo evidence of damaged products in order to issue a refund
- Please ensure your products are well-packaged in the return shipment to prevent damage to the returned products. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for returned products which are damaged due to poor or negligent packaging
- Refunds are only issued back to the original form of payment or via a store credit
