We subsidize your order's shipping cost to make shipping more affordable. We offer flat rate shipping throughout Canada and the U.S. as follows:

When is my order expected to ship?

Most orders ship within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains mail tracking information once your order is shipped. Please check your junk mail folder if you have trouble locating this email, and be sure to add orders@sterlingcandle.com to your address book to ensure that you receive future communications regarding your order.

How long does shipping take?

We ship all US orders via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. For most of US mainland, shipping time can vary from 2 – 5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, as well as rural areas can take up to 14 business days.

All domestic parcels within Canada are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel, and the following is a table of expected shipping times as provided by Canada Post. Please note that this is just a guideline and actual shipping times may vary.
